The People's Committee of Dak Lak Province has issued two Decisions on allowing the establishment of the Tu Tam Dak Lak Foundation and recognizing the Tu Tam Dak Lak Foundation as eligible to enter into operation. These are Decision No. 2568/QB-People's Committee on December 1, 2023 and Decision No. 31/QD-UBND on January 5, 2023
The Fund is under the state management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the relevant departments, departments and sectors in which the Fund operates. Tu Tam Dak Lak Foundation has its own legal status, seal and account, and guarantees its own funds and means of operation.
The purpose of the Tu Tâm Đak Lak Foundation:
1. The Tu Tam Dak Lak Foundation (hereinafter referred to as the Foundation) is a charitable foundation organized and works with the purpose of supporting victims seriously affected by natural disasters, fires, epidemics, accidents and especially poor and vulnerable people who need social assistance.
2. Tu Tam Dak Lak Foundation participates in activities for the goals of sustainable development, building a civilized society, such as contributing to the protection of the environment, awarding scholarships, training life skills, bringing many good values to the younger generation, not for profit goals.
