Hong Tu Tu Tam Kitchen
The first group of loving brothers and sisters at the Dak Lak Traditional Medicine Hospital (BV YHCT), has a history of formation and durable construction for almost 20 years, starting in 2004.

The original founding group consisted of 4 members: Soeur Nguyen Thi Chien, Sister Quach Thi Large (1962), Mr. Pham Duc Hanh (Sn 1959), and Mr. Vo Hung Lan (Sn 1972). Starting from the love of the poor who had to undergo long-term treatment at BV YHCT, who lacked everything, this group of aromatic friends shared their income and opened a kitchen to give them hot, tasty and nutritious dishes. At first, the group cooked rice at Mr. Lan's house, at the end of alley 79 Dinh Nup Street, Buon Me Thuot city. At that time, Mr. Lan was working for Tien Phong newspaper, so YHCT staff members used to call this free rice distribution group the Tien Phong Newspaper Trade Center. Then the kitchen moved to Quach Thi Duong's house more spacious, in the community of street 9, Tan Hoa ward, Buon Me Thuot city.

Money donors, food givers, vegetable vendors, fish meat sellers, pans donors, steamers, tray buyers, kitchen tenders, food producers, food producers, etc. Thus, the number of delicious and nutritious hot meals can be delivered to the market, cooked, divided and delivered to the hospital in the hands of the sick patients.
